Your Journey So Far

You have honed your service skills in a similar position aboard a cruise ship, a luxury 5-star hotel, or a world-class resort. Your experience has shaped you into a skilled hospitality professional through: 

Mastery of fine dining etiquette and a natural ability to engage with international guests. 

Proven ability to work efficiently in a frenetic, high-pressure environment while maintaining grace and composure. 

Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining an elegant dining atmosphere. 

A track record of working collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural team, always striving for excellence. 

Your Essentials

Proven experience as a Specialty Assistant Waiter or in a similar fine dining role aboard a cruise ship, luxury hotel, or major resort. 

Fluent English (oral and written) to engage seamlessly with guests and colleagues. 

Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, food & beverage pairing, and international cuisine. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while maintaining high service standards. 

A passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
