Your Journey So Far
To succeed in this position, you bring:
Proven experience as a Cruise Sales Manager on board or with another cruise line company.
Expertise in training, coaching, and directing sales teams to excel in meeting sales objectives.
Strong skills in promoting and persuading guests to book future cruises with a focus on exceptional guest service.
Ability to analyze sales performance and adapt strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Minimum of three years in a sales-driven role with a customer care focus.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and resolve challenges in a high-energy environment.
Outstanding public speaking and product presentation skills.
Your Essentials

Fluent in oral and written English.
Proficiency in at least two additional European languages (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, and French).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and staff effectively.
