Your Journey So Far

You bring proven experience in: 

Working as a Specialty Bartender or in a similar role aboard a cruise ship, international 5-star hotel, or major resort. 

Crafting high-end cocktails with precision and creativity. 

Demonstrating strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and bar service techniques. 

Paying close attention to detail to ensure exceptional presentation and quality. 

Engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds through outstanding interpersonal skills. 

Implementing upselling techniques and bar profitability strategies to enhance both guest experience and revenue. 

Your Essentials

Relevant qualifications in hospitality or bartending. 

Fluency in English (oral and written). 

Proven experience in the same position or a similar role aboard a cruise ship, international 5-star hotel, or major resort. 

Strong knowledge of mixology, premium spirits, wines, and bar service techniques. 

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. 

Excellent guest engagement and upselling skills. 

Commitment to hygiene, safety, and company guidelines.
