Your Purpose

Empower our guests to relax, restore, and renew. 
As a Wellbeing Coach on board MSC Cruises, you will be the guiding presence behind guests’ wellness journeys, offering a wide range of holistic experiences that nurture both body and mind. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and other mindful practices, you’ll help create a calm, welcoming space where guests can disconnect from stress and reconnect with themselves, while enjoying the tranquility of life at sea. 

Your Impact

As a core part of our wellness offering, your presence inspires a culture of self-care and balance on board. You will lead wellness sessions, design tailored programs and introduce guests to new techniques that foster emotional clarity, physical vitality, and mental peace. Whether it's a sunrise yoga class or a mindful breathing workshop, your work contributes directly to an unforgettable cruise experience, one that supports guest wellbeing and encourages lifelong healthy habits. 

Your Journey So Far

We're looking for a passionate and skilled wellbeing professional with: 

• Proven experience in a similar role onboard a cruise ship or in a high-end wellness or hospitality setting 

• Minimum 200hr Yoga Instructor Certification (recognized internationally) 

• Qualifications in one or more of the following: Meditation, Pilates, Sound Therapy, or Breathwork 

• A strong portfolio of delivering holistic programs to diverse audiences 

• Proven experience in the health and wellness industry 

• Experience running wellness workshops, events, or retreats 

• Confidence in managing multiple programs or wellness projects simultaneously 

Your Essentials

To exceed you need to: 

•Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset 

•Deep understanding of holistic health practices and their physical and psychological benefits 

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests from all backgrounds 

•Excellent organizational and time-management skills 

•IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or MAC systems) 

•Ability to adapt to a dynamic onboard environment with enthusiasm and professionalism 

•Passionate about inspiring positive change in others through wellness and self-care 

•Minimum age: 21 years
