Your Purpose

As a Specialty Dining Host/Hostess, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the stage for an extraordinary dining experience in our specialty restaurants. Your warm welcome, attentive demeanor, and professional presence create an inviting atmosphere that makes each guest feel special. Managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring the seamless flow of guests in and out of the dining area are at the core of your role. You are the bridge between our world-class cuisine and the guests who come to savor it, ensuring every detail is taken care of from the moment they arrive until their dining experience is complete.

Your Journey So Far

You bring with you a passion for hospitality and a strong background in fine dining service. 

Your experience as a Dining Host/Hostess or in a similar role aboard a cruise ship, an international 5-star hotel, or a major luxury resort has refined your ability to provide top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. 

Your deep understanding of reservation systems, guest relations, and high-end dining protocols has prepared you to thrive in a role where attention to detail, elegance, and efficiency are key. 

With excellent communication skills, fluency in English (oral and written) and at leat another European language and a warm, engaging personality, you are ready to deliver unforgettable dining experiences. 

Your Essentials

Proven experience in the same position or a similar role aboard a cruise ship, an international 5-star hotel, or a major resort. 

Fluency in English (oral and written) and at least an additional European languages  

Strong knowledge of reservation management systems and guest service protocols. 

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor. 

Ability to manage high guest volumes while maintaining exceptional service standards. 

A proactive attitude and strong organizational skills to ensure a seamless dining experience. 

Flexibility to work in a frenetic, multicultural environment on board a cruise ship.
