Your Purpose

The General & Administrative Manager oversees the administrative and operational aspects of the organization, ensuring the proper functioning of office services, facility management, and general administrative support. This role combines strategic planning and operational management, ensuring that all departments have the resources and support needed to operate effectively.

Your Impact

• Manage, negotiate, and monitor deadlines for company contracts with suppliers and consultants, with reference to activities falling within the scope of the role.
• Supervise and coordinate the operational activities of the “Ponte 8” Restaurant, ensuring effective interaction with the internal departments involved and alignment with the economic and managerial parameters defined in the budget.
• Program management of special projects characterized by high complexity and frequent interaction with the functions involved.
• Oversee ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of offices, warehouses, and the “Ponte 8” Restaurant, coordinating technical interventions and suppliers.
• Manage company leasing and rentals, including company cars, PCs, phones, and other work-related or infrastructural equipment.
• Coordinate general services and facility management activities, ensuring operational continuity and proper management of company infrastructures.
• Plan and manage office and workstation relocations, coordinating logistics, suppliers, and involved departments. Analyze and monitor OverHead contracts, supporting review and renegotiation activities of economic and contractual conditions in line with MSC standards.
• Report to Management any deviations or cost optimization opportunities related to general expenses.
• Prepare the Budget and Revised Forecast for all OverHead cost items, including general services.
• Support the IT department in defining and managing its relevant Budget.
• Manage and coordinate the scheduling of company car usage and parking spaces, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with departmental needs.
• Provide operational support to company departments for logistical, organizational, and infrastructural needs.
• Monitor supplier service levels, verifying compliance with qualitative and contractual standards and proposing corrective actions when necessary.

Your Journey so far

• Proven experience in G&A Manager roles.
• University degree preferably in Economics; Engineering degrees will also be positively considered.
• Knowledge of regulations related to health and safety, procurement, and supplier management.
• Good knowledge of project management.
• Experience in team coordination.

Your Essentials

• Excellent command of English and Italian; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Legal right to work in Italy.
