This role requires deep full-cycle recruiting experience, a strong track record of improving recruiting processes, and a thoughtful, data-driven approach to talent strategy. This person will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and play a key role in attracting and securing exceptional talent for some of the company’s most important hires. This role is based within commuting distance of downtown Miami and requires 4 days per week in office.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to streamline and optimize hiring processes.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. Leverage a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach, while using data to refine strategy and improve results.
- Conduct proactive talent mapping, market research, and competitive benchmarking to inform search strategy and stay ahead of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Lead in-depth candidate screening and interview processes to assess qualifications, leadership capabilities, and overall fit.
- Leverage data and feedback to optimize candidate engagement, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Lead the offer process by advising hiring managers on compensation, negotiating complex offers with senior candidates, and ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding.
- Ensure a positive, transparent, and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide timely feedback and keep candidates informed at every stage.
