Your Purpose

To achieve Explora Journeys commercial objectives and revenue targets within assigned source market region - Ontario.  Lead specific assigned strategic accounts to grow market share, create bias and brand loyalty, identify new business development opportunities and grow the brands visibility. Collaborate with peer Business Relationship Leaders to leverage sales distribution networks and marketing platforms ensuring brand consistency, policy and pricing integrity.  To work with broader cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring business success

Your Impact

  • Lead and execute the go-to-market strategy for the assigned region, driving key account growth, business development initiatives, and implementation of sales strategies aligned with leadership objectives.
  • Build and maintain strategic partner relationships that increase market share, strengthen loyalty, and consistently achieve or exceed gross and net revenue targets through focused communication and engagement plans.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews, QBRs, and performance evaluations leveraging sales data, ROI analysis, and market insights to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with leadership and Global Trade Marketing to develop and execute cooperative marketing initiatives, pay-for-performance programs, and partner growth strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Drive group, incentive, and charter business opportunities across assigned accounts while identifying new revenue and partnership opportunities within the market.
  • Manage assigned budgets and forecasting processes with a strong understanding of channel mix, profitability, acquisition costs, and overall business impact.
  • Effectively utilize all sales systems and tools including Salesforce, PowerBI, and E-Learning platforms to support sales execution and reporting.
  • Maintain strong brand visibility and market presence through participation in key trade events, partner engagements, educational visits, and experiential brand initiatives.
  • Deliver high-impact training and educational sessions that enhance product knowledge, partner engagement, and overall sales performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across peers, partners, and internal teams while maintaining exceptional service standards for all stakeholders.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and role model by consistently demonstrating company values, professionalism, sound judgment, and strong crisis management capabilities.

Your Journey so far

  • Luxury travel and hospitality sales experience required; luxury cruise industry experience considered a strong asset, including a minimum of 2 years representing luxury brand(s).
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance, revenue growth, and strategic account development within the luxury travel industry.
  • Strong professional reputation with established credibility, trusted relationships, and a highly personable approach to partnership management.
  • Well-developed industry network with strong knowledge of key partners, accounts, and distribution channels within the region.
  • Strong planning, organizational, forecasting, and budget management capabilities.
  • Proactive, results-driven problem solver with the ability to identify opportunities through data, insights, and market trends.
  • Skilled negotiator who confidently sells on value over price and demonstrates sound commercial judgment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage both small and large audiences.
  • Demonstrates strong listening skills, relationship management, and collaborative knowledge-sharing capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local market language.
  • Technically proficient in CRM, reservation, and sales platforms, including Salesforce and Versonix experience as an asset.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 30-40% of the time.
  • Candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto Area.
