Your Purpose
The Travelling Destination Manager drives the performance, consistency, and growth of the Destination Experiences operation across the fleet by supporting onboard teams, enhancing the guest experience, and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, operational standards, and Company strategy.
Your Impact
Contribute to revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence by coaching onboard teams, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing best practices, and ensuring the successful execution of Destination Experiences initiatives across the fleet. Through regular ship visits, audits, and performance reviews, drive continuous improvement and support the achievement of departmental and company goals.
Your Journey so far
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience within cruise operations, shore excursions, hospitality, tourism, revenue management, or a related field.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in training, coaching, and developing multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with operational KPIs, guest satisfaction metrics, and revenue targets.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the fleet.
