The Cash Desk Manager supervises and coordinates the activities of the Casino cashiering function and the employees engaged in providing courteous and professional service to guests. The casino management team is in charge of managing the overall casino and gaming function onboard the ship. This team constantly strives to create an entertaining gaming environment, which intrigues, attracts, and retains the attention of guests.
Requirements:
- One to two years supervisory cash handling experience in a customer contact position within the casino onboard a cruise line.
- Proven customer service skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional, and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.
- Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads, and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
