JOB PURPOSE

MSC Cruises – the contemporary brand - has a modern fleet of 22 cruise ships with three new vessels due to be launched in 2025, 2026, and 2027.We are looking for a Digital Product Specialist – Post-Booking to support and coordinate the evolution and the operations of our website experience in the post-booking journey. This role focuses on ensuring seamless execution, optimization, and delivery of key customer features such as Web Check-in and ancillaries (Shorex and OBR) and being responsible for the performance of the MY MSC and its digital product performance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Day-to-day execution of digital product initiatives related to the post-booking experience
• Analyze stakeholder requests, gathering requirements, evaluating impacts, dependencies and proposing solutions
• Support backlog management and sprint planning
• Ensure qualitative performance of MY MSC, Web check-in and any related features/topic in the related user journey
• Track progress, dependencies, and risks; ensure transparency and communication across stakeholders and involved teams
• Responsible for consistency and accuracy of post-booking content and user flows
• Coordinate updates, releases and improvements to the website
• Support quality assurance and validation of new features before release
• Analyze customer feedback, behavioral data, and pain points
• Identifying improvement opportunities in terms of digital products and user experience
• Maintain clear documentation of features and workflows
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
• Ancillary products knowledge
• Travel Industry experience, preferably in Digital Product management
• Adobe stack knowledge (AEM, Adobe Analytics etc)
• Reservation Systems logics
• English professional expertise
VISA REQUIREMENTS
• Right to work in Italy
WHAT WE OFFER
In compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position.
Contract
- Hybrid working model: 2 days per week remotely
- Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): “Addetti agli uffici ed ai terminals delle società di navigazione che esercitano l’armamento privato” – sez. personale di terra
- Gross annual salary (RAL): between €25.000 – €32.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments
- Meal vouchers: worth €8 per on-site working day
The offer in terms of salary will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role.
