Job Purpose
Ensure the stability, reliability, performance, and technical continuity of IT Digital products already in production by supporting the analysis and resolution of production issues, coordinating AMS teams, managing operational technical activities, and working closely with IT Service Management and IT Release Management teams to strengthen monitoring, service quality, and compliance standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the management and resolution of production issues affecting IT Digital products, ensuring proper impact assessment, technical coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate AMS teams and external suppliers involved in the support, maintenance, and technical operation of digital products already in production.
- Act as a technical reference point for production-related issues, helping to understand errors, identify impacted services, involve the right technical teams, and drive resolution activities.
- Work closely with IT Service Management teams to define, configure, and continuously improve monitoring dashboards, alerts, thresholds, KPIs, and service quality indicators.
- Ensure proper monitoring coverage of digital products and related services, supporting the identification of recurring issues, performance degradation, and service risks.
- Coordinate technical operational activities related to Performance & Compliance, including certificate renewals, performance testing, batch monitoring, technical upgrades, security-related follow-ups, and version upgrades of products already in production.
- Support the planning and execution of technical maintenance activities, ensuring business continuity and minimizing service disruption.
- Monitor AMS performance, incident trends, recurring issues, SLA adherence, and quality of support provided by internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure that production support activities are aligned with IT governance, security, architecture, service management, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production support processes, monitoring practices, documentation, and operational ways of working.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in IT application support, production support, technical operations, or digital product maintenance roles.
- Experience in managing or coordinating AMS teams, external suppliers, or technical support teams in complex IT environments.
- Good understanding of digital products, web/mobile applications, integrations, APIs, batch processes, monitoring tools, and production support processes.
- Experience in production issue analysis, impact assessment, technical coordination, and resolution follow-up.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, SLA monitoring, and service reporting.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, dashboards, alerting mechanisms, thresholds, KPIs, and service performance indicators.
- Familiarity with performance and compliance-related IT activities, such as certificate renewals, performance testing, technical upgrades, security remediation, batch monitoring, and platform maintenance.
- Ability to work with multiple technical teams, AMS providers, vendors, IT Service Management, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical issues and translate them into clear actions and priorities.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage pressure during production issues and ensure clear stakeholder updates.
- Professional working proficiency in Italian and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, collaboration tools, ticketing/project management tools, and Atlassian ecosystem.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- ITIL certification or experience with ITSM frameworks considered a plus.

In compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position.
Contract
- Type of contract: Permanent
- Hybrid working model: 2 days per week remotely
- Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): “Addetti agli uffici ed ai terminals delle società di navigazione che esercitano l’armamento privato” – sez. personale di terra
- Gross annual salary (RAL): between €32.000 – €39.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments
- Meal vouchers: worth €8 per on-site working day
The offer in terms of salary will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role.
