Job Purpose
Lead IT organizational performance by managing reporting, consolidation, demand control, compliance, contract lifecycle, and data governance pillars to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and governance effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage IT Reporting, Organization Consolidation, Demand Control and Communication unit, Software Licence Governance and IT Compliance unit, and Data Breach IT Management
- Manage and develop team members ensuring clear objectives, performance tracking, and accountability
- Define and implement IT performance framework including KPIs and executive dashboards
- Oversee IT Reporting ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent data for decision-making
- Drive organization consolidation ensuring alignment of portfolios, resources, and structures across entities
- Govern demand control and communication processes ensuring prioritization, transparency, and strategic alignment
- Ensure governance of software licences, IT compliance, and contractual obligations across the organization
- Manage vendor contract renewal processes ensuring continuity, cost optimization, and alignment with business needs
- Oversee post-signature contract lifecycle management including performance monitoring, compliance, and risk control
- Identify performance gaps, risks, contractual exposures, and inefficiencies and drive corrective actions
Qualifications
- Level of experience in a or similar role: 10+ years in IT Governance, PMO, Portfolio Management or Performance Management roles with team management
- Experience in large, complex international organizations; cruise or travel industry is a plus
- Fluent English required; Italian strongly preferred
- PC Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint; experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and portfolio tools
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PMO/Agile/ITIL certifications are a plus
- Strong leadership and Team Management skills
- Competence in Performance Management and Analytics
- Proficient in Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication

WHAT WE OFFER
In compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position.
Contract
• Type of contract: Permanent
• Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): “Addetti agli uffici ed ai terminals delle società di navigazione che esercitano l’armamento privato” – sez. personale di terra
• Gross annual salary (RAL): between €52.000 – €62.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments
• Meal vouchers: worth €8 per on-site working day
The offer in terms of salary will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role.
