We are seeking a standout leader to join us as our next Hotel General Manager, someone with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and the leadership presence to inspire diverse teams to exceed expectations every day.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
This is more than running operations, it’s leading an entire onboard ecosystem.
You will:
- Own the end-to-end guest experience, from embarkation through to disembarkation
- Lead a large, multi-functional team across F&B, Housekeeping, Entertainment, Retail, Guest Services and more
- Set the tone onboard, creating a guest-obsessed, inclusive and high-performing culture
- Drive commercial performance, managing multi-million-pound budgets and delivering revenue targets
- Bring our brand to life, ensuring service standards are consistently delivered (and continuously improved)
- Lead change and innovation, turning ideas into reality across the ship

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
