The Hotel Manager (often titled Hotel Director) is the senior executive responsible for the entire "hotel" side of the operation—everything that touches the guest experience outside of navigation and engineering. They oversee all accommodation, food and beverage, entertainment, guest services, and revenue management, working to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability across all service departments.
