Your Purpose
Join Explora Journeys for an exciting internship focused on analytics, performance tracking, and insight generation across the Customer Journey and across Direct Channels (DTC).
This role is ideal for someone passionate about data analysis, insights generation, and dashboard creation, with a strong interest in improving employee and guest experience as well as direct channel sales through measurable impact.
The objective of the role is two-fold:
- support the development of structured analysis, and follow up mechanisms, working closely with Customer Journey department. The role provides hands on exposure to guest focused analytics.
- optimize DTC performance by identifying and activating key growth levers that improve revenue generation in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sub-channels across markets, increasing conversion, channel effectiveness and operational and investment efficiency

Contract Duration: 6 months from August/September 2026
Your Impact
Customer journey
• Support recurring Customer Journey analyses, including canvas‑based reviews, mid‑season ship‑by‑ship analyses, and committee deliverables.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses on specific topics, guest segments, nationalities, or ships, based on business and management requests.
• Prepare data extractions, charts, tables, and first‑level analytical outputs using standardised templates.
• Maintain Customer Journey analysis trackers, ensuring proper documentation, version control, and monitoring of action plans.
• Support follow‑up analyses and updates after pilots, operational changes, or management feedback.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across Customer Journey deliverables and reporting.
Direct Channels
• Performance analysis: monitor and analyse performance against channel and commercial KPIs, providing channel-specific insights and recommendations by market to maximize revenue per B2C sub-channel (Web, Call Centre and Future Sales) and drive continuous improvement. Own the development, tracking and actioning of key KPIs.
• Drive efficiency, quantifying ROI/ROAS/CPA/CPLA by sub-channel by market to continuously optimize investments. Recommend reinvestments toward highest-impact channels.
• Build and maintain B2C performance scorecards/dashboards to monitor and optimize B2C channel performance, identifying drop-off points. Both on Excel and partnering with corporate team to make it available in self-serve tools (Power BI).
• Competitive analysis: monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and industry trends to support strategic planning and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, with clear data-based recommendations to support decision-making, leveraging data visualization combined with depth of insights.
Your Journey so far
• Currently enrolled in Business, Data Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field - School Agreement is mandatory
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into structured insights
• Fluent in English
Your Essentials
• Basic understanding of guest satisfaction metrics and NPS
• Basic understanding of employee engagement metrics
• Basic understanding of DTC metrics such as traffic, conversion, ROI, customer lifetime value
• Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools
• Interest in customer journey, guest experience, service improvement and driving revenue
• Familiarity with survey data analysis and open‑comment analysis
