Your Purpose
The main purpose of this position is the control and the monitoring of purchase requests ”Order” created by the ships of the whole fleet. The target is to ensure the correct alignment with the defined par level and guarantee the correctness of the purchasing requests in terms of items, volume and cost.
Your Impact
- Order monitoring.
- Monitor onboard consumption and stock levels.
- Prepare business case, forecast and other analysis simulations to facilitate the decision-making process for strategic operations.
- Maintain and update the consumption masterdata.
- Monitor discrepancies in deliveries, identifying supporting corrective actions.
- Coordinate stock transfers between vessels to optimize inventory levels.
- Extract and analyze all relevant information from various IT sources and support the Team in translating data into concrete actions for inventory optimization.
- Collaborate with Production and Purchasing teams to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and strengthening internal controls.
- Support the implementation of new reporting tools and process standardization initiatives.
Your Journey so far
Previous experience in a supply chain role, ideally within the cruise sector.
Degree in Scientific & Economical and related field.
Your Essentials
Fluent English and Italian. Any additional language is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of computer systems; deep knowledge of Excel (advanced user). Knowledge of Crunchtime and Power BI is an advantage.

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we are pleased to share the compensation details for this role.The role is entitled to a gross annual salary between € 26.000 and € 31.000. The position within the salary range and the corresponding job classification level under the applicable CCNL, will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role. The employment relationship will be governed by the CCNL Commercio (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Sector).
