What You'll Do:
- Lead and support a team of Waiters, Asst. Waiters and Cafe Attendants to deliver exceptional restaurant service
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction in all dining venues
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain Viking’s service excellence
- Coordinate daily dining operations
- Handle guest requests and resolve service concerns professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and restaurant management teams
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory restaurant role within the cruise industry.
- Experience onboard an upscale cruise ship is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and fine dining service standards
- A guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship and in a 4/5* Hotel or Upscale Restaurant.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
