Your Purpose

Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travelers.

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Sales Operations Professional to join Explora Journeys. Become a key member of the Global Sales Operations team, where you will lead, enhance, and implement processes to drive sales excellence, elevate the brand experience, and maximize profitability.

This is a hybrid position requiring employees to work from the Miami office four days per week (Monday through Thursday), with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Your Impact

• Collaborate regularly with Global Sales teams worldwide to support and drive the global sales strategy.
• Provide support for sales intelligence, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of multilingual training programs tailored to key source markets.
• Provide day-to-day sales support to field sales teams, including assistance with tools, materials, and information needed to drive conversions and maintain partner relationships.
• Support the onboarding and continuous engagement of Travel Advisors through effective training, communication, and the provision of sales resources.
• Oversee Conga contract management processes.
• Assist in preparing materials and presentations for commercial meetings, including quarterly business reviews.
• Manage Travel Advisor ship visit and educational inspection programs.
• Provide timely support for finance-related queries and administrative tasks.
• Assist in managing the global sales budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 

Your Journey so far

• 3 years plus hospitality experience (preferably cruise industry) with a desired knowledge of luxury brand(s).
• Excellent understanding of luxury service and operations.
• Solid knowledge of sales processes, tools, and support functions.
• Experience supporting field sales teams and managing account relationships
• Excellent training and communication skills.
• Skilled in working with diverse stakeholders and can inspire buy-in to change.
• Passionate and collaborative as a proactive problem-solver.
• Demonstrable understanding and experience with contract management, reservation, sales automation, and CRM.
• Strong planning, organizational and budgeting skills.
• Fluency in English required, and additional languages are a plus.
