Your Purpose
Transform approved deployment direction into compelling, market-ready and executable cruise products, owning coordination from concept through sale and operational hand-over.
Your Impact
- Design itinerary concepts aligned with brand strategy, demand and approved deployment.
- Complete destination and port assessments covering nautical, technical, infrastructure, regulatory, safety, environmental, guest, commercial and cost factors.
- Incorporate fuel conservation, sailing-speed feasibility, berth conflicts, turnaround requirements and shore-experience capacity.
- Own the critical path through approvals, port confirmation, system setup, content readiness, sale opening and operational acceptance.
- Run formal readiness reviews, accountable sign-off, exception logs and corrective-action tracking.
- Coordinate Planning, Revenue, Commercial, Marketing, Ports, Maritime, Shore Excursions, IT and Communications.
- Lead post-launch and post-operation reviews and embed lessons learned.
- Decision rights: owns itinerary design and readiness recommendations; blocks release when mandatory feasibility or quality criteria are unmet.
- Core outputs: itinerary design pack, feasibility assessment, critical path, readiness checklist, approval record and hand-off.
- Success measures: on-time sale opening, first-time-right setup, issue leakage, itinerary profitability, operational acceptance and guest impact.
Your Journey so far
- Degree in Tourism, Maritime Studies, Business, Operations or related discipline.
- Strong itinerary construction, cruise product, port operations, deployment or cruise-operations experience.
- Experience managing mission-critical planning data and multi-function implementation.
- Strong coordination, problem solving, execution discipline and fluent English.

- Capability in port assessment, itinerary costing, schedule design, feasibility validation and launch readiness.
