Where passion meets opportunity

The best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail!

Your Purpose

MSC Cruises is continuing to invest in the growth of its technology capabilities across Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Infrastructure, Product, Architecture and Digital Services.

To support this evolution, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help attract, engage and hire technology professionals across a broad range of specialist and leadership positions, with a strong focus on the Naples talent market.

Working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Global Talent Acquisition colleagues, you will translate workforce needs into effective sourcing strategies, build qualified talent pipelines and contribute to ambitious technology hiring plans in an increasingly competitive market.

Your Impact

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, role priorities and technical capability needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned technology and digital roles, from role briefing and sourcing through assessment, selection, offer management and onboarding handover.
  • Build qualified pipelines across Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Product, Architecture, Infrastructure and Technology Operations.
  • Identify, approach and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, professional communities, talent pools, job boards and direct-search methodologies.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technology and specialist professional profiles.
  • Provide Hiring Managers and HR colleagues with relevant market intelligence on talent availability, compensation expectations, competitor activity and sourcing channels.
  • Deliver a professional, transparent and engaging candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and high-quality representation of the MSC Cruises employer brand.
  • Support employer-branding activities, university partnerships, academy initiatives and technology talent-community engagement, with particular attention to Naples and the wider Italian market.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data quality, confidentiality and compliance with recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and the responsible adoption of AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting tools.

Your Journey so far

  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Talent Research, Executive Search or a related sourcing-focused role.
  • Experience recruiting technology, digital, engineering or specialist professional profiles is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, approach and engage passive candidates through direct-search methodologies.
  • Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer management and onboarding handover.
  • Business curiosity and the ability to understand a role beyond its job description, including its purpose, operating context, stakeholders and expected impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality, pace and attention to detail.
  • Experience working effectively with Hiring Managers, HR colleagues and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Your Essentials

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct candidate sourcing.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System or recruitment CRM; experience with SuccessFactors and/or Phenom is considered an advantage.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate-assessment and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Clear and credible communication, with the ability to present opportunities effectively to different talent audiences.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with consistent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential candidate and business information.
  • Fluent Italian and English.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
