P&O Cruises are recruiting Housekeeping professionals to manage and develop the on board Housekeeping operation and standards. This is a really exciting opportunity to take your career to a new destination!  If you are tired of working on land in the same place every day, then this could be for you.

As Housekeeping Manager you will have overall responsibility for the Housekeeping department on board. Depending on ship size our Housekeeping operation is made up of around 220 enthusiastic individuals. You will lead, inspire and motivate the Housekeeping team to ensure the highest level of customer service and cleanliness is provided to all guests on board across the whole ship.


In additional to the management of the team, you will monitor and manage department costs and resources effectively and strive to increase laundry services and revenue generating opportunities both within the department and by working with the other departments onboard.

Experience of managing a large housekeeping team within a cruise ship or large hotel environment.
Excellent level of spoken and written English
Ability to lead and inspire a team
Strong commercial awareness and customer service focus
