Job Description:

As Senior Assistant Purser you will cover the following roles:

• Guest Relation Manager
• Finance Manager
• Crew Manager

As Guest Relation Manager you will assist all passengers, creating positive rapport in order to effectively address any concerns, comments and complaints raised during the voyage.a. In conjunction with the Customer Services Director, you will monitor and solicit comments from passengers in regard to all hotel product service areas. In addition you will have to organize and administer all onboard ceremonial services paying close attention to all details and services requested, showing genuine care for each occasion. 

As Finance Manager you will  provide timely, accurate and meaningful financial information for distribution amongst the relevant onboard personnel and Princess’s Head Office to facilitate decision-making while demonstrating fiscal responsibility, accountability and regulatory compliance to the Company’s constituents. You will manage Ship's Cash Account and financial operation in strict observance of the Hotel Policy and Procedures Manual.In addition you will proactively guide and motivate all members of the Passenger Services Team with patience and enthusiasm, addressing all issues in a calm and polite manner. 

As Crew Manager you will be in charge of the Crew Office and perform a personnel / Human Resources function in dealing with Officer and crew questions and problems which may relate, but not be limited, to missing baggage, expenses, payroll, contractual matters. In addition you will liaise with the Administration Officer for all crew immigration and customs documentation and ensure that the appropriate port officials receive the required documents on timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years Cruise Ships experience in an equivalent position is required.
• Strong leadership/management skills, ability to work under pressure.
• Analitical/accounting skills, strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Fluent English Language skills.
