- Previous employment within Food & Beverage on board a cruise ship or large 4/5* hotel resort environment
- Comprehensive understanding of COSH, USPH and food hygiene is essential
- Experience of financial management of stock, cost controls and budgets and meeting and exceeding targets
- Extensive managerial experience of managing a large team (up to 100) conducting appraisals, development plans and motivating staff, ideally within the cruise industry

It is a requirement of employment that all of our seafarers must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 from the 1st December 2021 (either 2 vaccines plus 14 days or 1 single dose vaccine plus 14 days). As part of the application form, you will be asked if you are fully vaccinated. Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
