Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities

1. Responsible for correctly completing and emailing all end of cruise PPW same day that cruise ended

2. Responsible for correctly emailing end of cruise Black Label PPW no later than 3 days from the end of the cruise

3. Responsible for organizing the photo team schedule within the approved working hours.
4. Required to maintain contact with Photo Operations shore side and respond to all communications promptly
5. Responsible for training all Photographers and bringing them up to a high standard of photographing, selling and customer service
6. Responsible for setting up all shoots / portrait studios and training all Photographers on how to do so
7. Responsible for maintaining that all Photography Staff’s work is to the best of their ability by reviewing and checking their quality of work, image count and video / editing 
quality
8. Responsible to train, guide, motivate, and encourage the team to achieve the best level of 
shooting, highest level of customer service, highest ratings and maintain excellent 
comments
9. Responsible for ensuring the team is achieving and maintaining the needed number of good quality bookings for Black Label
10. Assist ICBL with viewings as necessary
11. Conduct regular’s sales trainings for Black Label Artists as well as the gallery team and maintain appropriate sales levels expected by the cruise line
12. Responsible for the general upkeep cleaning and basic maintenance of the onboard photo machines and Photo Lab. 

13. Adhere to wearing the correct uniforms, which must be worn at all times whilst working and 
frequenting guest areas
14. Cleanliness and hygiene is very important and must be kept to a high standard. Uniforms 
must be frequently washed and pressed
