The position involves travelling between the ships focusing on:

• Training
• Quality Control
• Menu design
• Improving standards across the fleet
• Managing the Bakery operation on various ships

Reports to the Culinary Director

4* International Cruise Line Company with an existing fleet of ships and New builds on the way. High quality service, exceptional food and friendly operation offering a white glove guest experience to its cruisers.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous Cruise Ship experience as a Chief Baker / Head Baker / Travelling Baker is ideal.
• Or experience as a Head Baker within a large production Bakery / large Resort operation is required.
• Required to travel through Europe without a Visa.
• High volume experience is required.
• Good training and leadership skills required.
