- Must have a least 3 years of experience on a similar role and capacity in hospitality, cruise line, food and beverage
- Has Bachelor's Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Has sound knowledge in basic accounting process, total cost management, F&B operations and culinary.
- Knowledgable in waste management and / or waste reduction.
- Must be English proficient.
