About the job
The Culinary Compliance Officer must exhibit a thorough understanding of Financial and Performance Management Systems, inventory management systems and culinary operations, often acting as the crucial link between the culinary team and all levels management.

Their role extends to oversee the thawing protocols and following inventory movements, ensuring no detail is overlooked. This position requires a hands-on approach, with the officer frequently present in the butcher, fish preparation, and production areas to oversee compliance with FPMS and SOPs. This approach includes training, developing and implementing strategies for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
•Must have exceptional expertise in culinary, FOH and POS experience and knowledge
•Requires to delivery training and mentor existing, new crew members and all levels of leadership.
•Requires a broad oversight and leadership over the entire FPMS process from Butcher, Poduction areas, meal execution through to repurpose and waste with decision making power.
•Is required to report-out successes and gaps to leadership to include developing strategies and building action plans for improvement.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
