Customer Engagement: You have developed exceptional interpersonal skills, connecting with guests from diverse backgrounds and creating memorable shopping experiences. 

Adaptability: You’ve mastered the unique challenges of life at sea, maintaining high levels of professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction. 

Your Essentials

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 

Sales Expertise: Proven track record in retail, particularly in an onboard setting, with a focus on delivering personalized service. 

Language Skills: Fluent in English, proficiency in any other European language is a plus. 

Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, approachable, and able to build strong rapport with guests.
