Your Journey So Far

We value individuals with proven maritime experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence. To join us as an Able Seaman your journey should include: 

A valid License II/4 or II/5, demonstrating your qualification and expertise in this role. 

Previous experience on passenger vessels (excluding cadet, student, or assistant roles), enabling you to adapt to the unique demands of a cruise ship environment. 

A thorough understanding of seamanship principles and navigational practices. 

An ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse crew while maintaining professionalism and reliability. 

A passion for delivering exceptional service and contributing to a positive onboard culture.
