SPA Commercial Specialist

Your Purpose

In line with the company strategy, reporting to the Spa Commercial Manager, the role of the Spa Commercial Specialist supports the development and growth of the Spa business by identifying areas of improvement across both the service and retail elements of the business and executing the developed growth strategies.

Your Impact

• Supports Spa performance and growth related to the MSC Cruises fleet;
• Analyses service and retail performance by canvas identifying areas of improvement;
• Proposes canvas strategies related to service and retail offering;
• Updates prepaid and onboard pricing following regular competitor analysis;
• Creation of marketing briefs and updates to marketing material;
• Nurture supplier relationships, finding opportunities for growth;
• Project management (planning, execution and monitoring) of upcoming and ongoing initiatives and projects;
• Develop action plans to successfully achieve company goals and targets;
• Collaborate with various departments to drive business growth and implement new initiatives;
• Developing and maintaining performance metrics and reports. 

Your Journey so far

• Experience within a similar role or Spa environment is preferred;
• Project management experience.

Your Essentials

• Fluent English. Any additional language is an advantage;
• Negotiation skills;
• Commercial acumen;
• Strategic planning;
• Attention to detail;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and most common Business Intelligence packages;
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills;
• EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland.
