Your Purpose

We are seeking a FP&A Analyst – Corporate and G&A to support the financial planning, analysis, and reporting of General & Administrative (G&A) expenses, including the review of entity-level results, planning intercompany declarations, and ensuring effective control on key G&A cost categories such as consultancy services and base rent.

This role will also be the Finance Business Partner for corporate functions including the Insurance, Legal, Internal Audit, Customer Journey, and Finance departments within our global cruise organisation. In this capacity, the FP&A Analyst will ensure effective financial governance, cost control, and financial planning across these functions.

In a secondary capacity, the FP&A Analyst will support the Finance Process Excellence Manager on various deliverables to ensure an effective framework of financial process and best practice across the organisation.

Your Impact

Business Monitoring, Financial Planning & Performance Management

  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for G&A costs across the global cruise organization.
  • Analyse forecasts vs actuals, explain variances, and provide decision support through clear financial insight.
  • Monitor performance, ensuring accuracy in planning and financial reporting at the legal entity level.
  • Monitor and support planning of intercompany movements, ensuring consistency in group consolidation and planning processes.
  • Provide visibility and oversight on key cost drivers including consultancy spend, base rent, and other overhead categories.
  • Work with Finance teams to ensure accurate planning and forecasting of financial expenses tied to vessel and corporate financing.

Business Partnering & Advisory

  • Partner with corporate function leaders to support cost planning, resourcing decisions, and evaluation of investments or efficiency opportunities.
  • Provide financial insight and challenge on project plans, functional roadmaps, and vendor or contract spend.
  • Support the development of business cases and post-implementation reviews for major initiatives impacting G&A.

Global Consolidation & Data Governance

  • Support the global consolidation of corporate and G&A costs, ensuring consistency in cost classification and allocation across functions and entities.
  • Monitor organisational and cost structure changes to ensure accurate financial mapping and reporting alignment.

Risk & Opportunity Management

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities across corporate and G&A areas.
  • Ensure effective performance tracking of existing cost efficiency projects.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to support planning, contingency forecasting, and cost control strategies.
  • Promote cost awareness, discipline, and ownership across corporate and support functions.

Your Journey so far

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CIMA, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or business partnering, ideally in cruise, maritime, hospitality, or global corporate environments.
  • Experience with entity-level performance monitoring and intercompany planning is a plus.

Your Essentials

  • Strong foundation in financial planning and reporting, with working knowledge of relevant accounting standards (e.g., interest expense, capitalisation).
  • Familiarity with managing G&A cost categories and supporting corporate support functions (e.g. legal, audit, insurance, finance etc).
  • Proficiency in ERP (SAP), EPM (Tagetik), and BI tools (Power BI).
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional, international setting.
  • EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland.
