Your Purpose
This position is designed to provide support to the Talent Management and Culture transformation programme functions, playing a key role in the coordination and execution of crew development initiatives. The role requires strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for people and culture.
Your Impact
- Support the implementation and follow-up of performance management processes, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
- Assist with promotion assessments, career development planning, and the maintenance of development frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with shipboard and shore-based HR, Communication and Operations teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective exchange of information.
- Coordinate and contribute to talent development programmes, cultural transformation initiatives, and related engagement activities.
- Facilitate communication and information sharing through digital tools and internal platforms.
- Support ambassador programmes and local activation efforts to strengthen cultural alignment across teams.
- Provide data management, analysis, and reporting support to inform decision-making in HR and crew development.
Your Journey so far
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in HR or crew development-related areas, either onboard or ashore.
- Previous shipboard experience is preferred but not required, ideally in a people-facing role
Your Essentials
Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and environments.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in digital and social tools, including project management platforms, data dashboards, Microsoft Office, and internal communication or social media channels.
A strong interest in learning, development, and cultural transformation.
EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland.
