We are looking for a talented Marketing Project Manager & Creative Traffic Lead who is highly skilled at time management, project organization, and stakeholder communication. This role is integral to ensuring that creative workstreams run efficiently, briefs are accurate, deadlines are met, and teams are aligned.
Your Impact
Project Intake & Workflow Management
- Own the full project intake process, ensuring briefs are complete, actionable, and aligned with business goals before creative resources are engaged.
- Act as the marketing team’s central point of coordination—organizing projects, assigning tasks, managing timelines, and delivering final products.
- Ensure all creative requests move efficiently between creative, brand, and channel owners, while proactively flagging risks around resourcing or timing.
Cross-Functional Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
- Serve as the bridge between creative and marketing partners, aligning expectations and advocating for realistic timelines and quality standards.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to assess priorities, set timelines, and manage expectations for upcoming and in-progress work.
- Help lead cross-functional campaign calendar planning in collaboration with channel owners.
Daily Prioritization & Team Support
- Lead daily and weekly planning across the creative team, calibrating work based on deadlines, impact, and available capacity.
- Coordinate with freelancers and contractors to ensure proper onboarding and support throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects.
Production Oversight & Asset Delivery
- Work closely with the Creative Director to define production timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure feasibility of requests.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all creative and vendor projects—tracking progress, handling logistics, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within budget.
- Deliver and traffic final assets to internal and external partners, ensuring file types, usage specs, and brand guidelines are met.
- Maintain a well-organized file system on the server using brand-standard nomenclature.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Gather data and generate weekly reports to provide leadership with insight into project health, team bandwidth, and operational blockers.
- Support ongoing improvements to briefing, workflow, and project handoff processes to increase team efficiency and reduce friction.
Your Journey so far
- 5+ years in project management or marketing operations roles, ideally within in-house creative teams or agencies.
- Strong grasp of creative production timelines, digital asset workflows, and marketing campaign lifecycles.
- Expertise with project management platforms like Asana.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, web, print, etc.).
- Proven ability to navigate high-pressure environments and competing priorities with grace and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with both creatives and marketers.
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset; comfortable optimizing systems and advocating for workflow improvements.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- The ability to understand and read people to discern when to push and when to let things simmer as it relates to keeping departments on track
