Your Journey So Far

Your expertise includes: 

You have a strong background in traditional cheese-making, specializing in mozzarella production. 

You have experience in a similar role, either aboard a cruise ship or in a major hotel operating under International Food Safety Standards. 

You have refined your ability to craft premium-quality cheeses while maintaining strict hygiene and efficiency. 

You are passionate about delivering authentic Italian flavors and take pride in artisanal food production. 

You have worked in high-paced professional kitchens, ensuring consistency and precision in your craft. 

You have expertise in handling dairy products and ensuring compliance with international safety regulations. 

Your dedication to quality and authenticity makes you a perfect fit for this role 

Your Essentials

Proven experience as a Mozzarella Maker or in a similar role, either onboard a cruise ship or in a major hotel. 

Strong knowledge of traditional mozzarella-making techniques and artisanal cheese production. 

Familiarity with International Food Safety Standards and HACCP procedures. 

Fluency in English (oral and written). 

Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment, ensuring consistency and quality. 

Passion for Italian cuisine and a commitment to delivering an authentic culinary experience.
