Your Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Journey Project Management Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will play a crucial role in understanding and optimising the customer experience by analysing the nationality mix onboard and identifying improvement areas for different guest nationalities. This involves pinpointing growth areas, enhancing touchpoints, and driving an overall action plan. Additionally, the Customer Journey Intern will support initiatives related to Customer Journey Root Cause projects across pre-cruise, onboard, and post-cruise phases.
Your Impact
- Support multiple project working streams related to guest feedback, ensuring project management documentation is kept up to date.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of customer journey improvement projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure alignment and effective implementation of initiatives.
- Assist in preparing and delivering PowerPoint presentations related to customer journey root cause projects.
- Assist with Excel file analysis and data review as needed, including analysing customer data (surveys, feedback, analytics) to identify trends and areas for improvement based on various typologies of Guest.
- Support the internal cultural transformation project by assisting with initiatives and activities aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive internal culture.
- Provide a hands-on approach in supporting the Customer Journey Team in supporting the further enrichment of the pre-cruise, onboard and post-cruise Customer Experience.
Your Journey so far
- Bachelor or Master Level in Hospitality studies.
- A previous experience or internship in Customer Experience is a strong advantage.
- Native (or business-level) English, knowledge of German, Spanish, French or Italian is an advantage.
- Adept at using the latest Microsoft Office tools and have good understanding of figures and interrelationships.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms is considered an advantage.

- Results-oriented ability to handle multiple tasks and work to precise timelines.
- Flexible with an unshakable can-do attitude, he/she will bring energy, dynamism, and a robust approach to help the overall Customer Journey Team.
- The ideal candidate should be available to start in February and should be able to sign an internship agreement with MSC Cruises.
