Your Purpose

To support the performance and growth of the sales department through data analysis, organization of information, and assistance with sales strategies. The intern will be responsible for generating reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing insights that contribute to decision-making and continuous improvement, while developing analytical and strategic skills within a dynamic commercial environment.

Your Impact

• Prepare, update, and analyze sales reports in Excel (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Clean and organize databases, ensuring consistent and accurate information for the sales team.
• Create dashboards and charts to facilitate the visualization of results and key indicators (targets, revenue, average ticket, conversion rate, etc.).
• Support sales executives in preparing materials for client meetings and results presentations.
• Assist in commercial activities such as proposal follow-ups, client registration and updates, and pipeline and opportunity tracking.
• Help monitor sales campaigns and initiatives, providing performance reports.
• Contribute insights based on data analysis to support the sales team’s decision-making process.

Your Journey so far

• Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, conditional formatting).
• Knowledge of English will be considered an asset.
• Desirable understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and proactivity.
• Good interpersonal communication skills to interact with sales executives.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Previous experience (including academic projects) with reporting and data analysis.
