JOB PURPOSE

In line with Corporate guidelines, the New Markets (NEM) Groups Coordinator drives revenue performance of the Groups segment by leading business planning activities and optimizing revenue strategies to maximize profitability and target achievement.
The role operates within the Revenue Management (RM) organization working closely with Commercial team to translate strategy into clear action plans, track performance, identify revenue opportunities and ensure activities are aligned with budget and forecast targets, delivering results against defined KPIs. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•    Support the execution of Groups policies, procedures, and promotional initiatives, working closely with Revenue Management, Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure full alignment with commercial objectives;
•    Continuously analyse the Groups performance, identifying opportunities, risks and constraints in order to support the achievement of sales targets;
•    Contribute to the definition and execution of the business plan in coordination with Revenue and Sales teams, participating in weekly alignment calls with NEM teams, Corporate, and local Markets;
•    Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales team and local Markets to support group-related initiatives, promotional activities and commercial actions and ancillary opportunities;
•    Monitor sales trends and commercial performance through business intelligence and analytics tools, preparing and sharing daily and weekly performance reports;
•    Support and assist in Groups negotiations, ensuring proper follow-up throughout the go-live process;
•    Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely flow of commercial information across all stakeholders involved in Groups activities.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

•    Fluent in spoken and written English;
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics or Tourism;
•    3–5 years of experience within the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry preferred; 
•    A previous experience in Pricing Management is considered a strong asset;
•    Proficiency with MS Office suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel;
•    Excellent analytical and reporting skills;
•    Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
•    Excellent communication and time management skills;
•    Sales- and results-oriented mindset.
