Your Purpose

As the Yacht Club Director, you will lead our luxury onboard experience, setting the standard for exceptional service and refined hospitality. Your role will be pivotal in crafting personalized guest journeys that embody exclusivity and excellence. You will oversee all Yacht Club operations, ensuring seamless delivery of premium services that exceed expectations and create lasting memories for our distinguished guests.

Your Journey So Far

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

Proven previous experience as a Yacht Club Director or equivalent leadership role in a luxury environment of cruise line 

A minimum of three years of managerial experience aboard a cruise ship, with documented success in exceeding service and operational goals. 

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a multicultural setting, fostering collaboration and excellence. 

Strong background in luxury service standards, with the ability to adapt to diverse guest needs and preferences. 

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional languages are an asset. 

Your Essentials

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following essential criteria: 

Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written. 

Proven previous experience in the role or similar in a cruise environment 

Relevant certifications in hospitality, tourism, or cruise operations are highly preferred. 

Documented training and compliance with international maritime safety standards. 

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to manage dynamic and demanding environments. 

A passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences. 

Availability to commit to rotational contracts onboard our cruise ships.
