Your Purpose

As Yacht Club Beverage Supervisor, you ought to ensure that every Guest enjoys an elevated, refined, highly personalized wine and beverage service that reflects the highest luxury standards of the MSC Yacht Club. Leading by example, you inspire your team to anticipate Guest preferences, confidently recommend and upsell premium products, and deliver seamless service at every touchpoint. Guest centricity, service recovery, and attention to detail are at the core of your role, empowering you to resolve concerns swiftly and exceed expectations.

Your Impact

You play a key role in shaping unforgettable Yacht Club experiences by overseeing all beverage operations across Yacht Club venues. In close collaboration with the Yacht Club Director, Maître D’, and Head Butler, you ensure service excellence, consistency, and strong revenue performance. Your leadership, training, and engagement will lead team performance, enhance Guest satisfaction, and contribute directly to the success of premium beverage programs, special events, and exclusive tastings, while upholding company standards and inventory integrity.

Your Journey So Far

• Proven experience as Beverage Supervisor or in a similar leadership role on board a cruise ship or in a luxury hospitality environment (possibly a 5-star Hotel)

• Minimum 2 years of bar experience onboard or shoreside

• Solid background in premium wine and beverage service

• Experience leading, coaching, and training multicultural service teams

• Hands-on involvement in inventory control, cellar management, and bar requisitions

• Exposure to revenue management, upselling strategies, and guest engagement initiatives

Your Essentials

•Relevant professional qualifications for Yacht Club Beverage Supervisor or equivalent role

•Minimum WSET Level 2 in Wines

•Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP

•Advanced understanding of MSC dining, bar operations, and guest experience standards

•Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills with Sharp appearance with a warm and professional demeanor

•Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or German are a plus)
