Your Journey So Far
Proven experience in the same role or a similar position aboard a cruise ship, international 5-star hotel, or major luxury resort.
Background in high-end, fine dining culinary operations, demonstrating skill in food preparation, plating, and kitchen techniques.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Passion for culinary excellence, with a desire to learn and grow within a professional kitchen.
Your Essentials
Proven experience in the same position or a similar role, either aboard a cruise ship or in an international 5-star hotel or major resort.
Professional culinary qualifications relevant to the role.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ability to prepare food in compliance with company recipes and international food safety procedures.
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality cuisine.
