Your Purpose

Preparation of food in compliance with required recipe and food safety standards and procedure provided by the company

Your Impact

1. Check cleaneless of station before start of each shift
2. Prepare food as specified by the Executive Chef assuring food safety and high quality
3. Check temperature and condition of materials and refrigerators
4. Discart any potential hazardous food
5. Comply with MSC  Sanitation standards
6. Collect daily from the F&B Store all supplies required for immediate operations

Your Journey So Far

1. Fluent English, oral and written skills. 
2. Proven (by documentation) successful experience for t least 2 completed contracts in a similar position in a cruise ship or a major hotel operating under International Food Safety Standards; or
3. A valid record of successful performances as a 2nd cook in another associated section
4. Ability to work in a team

Your Essentials

• Valid passport (at least with 6 months validity before joining);
• STCW/2010 certification (basic firefighting, personal survival techniques, elementary first aid, personal security and social responsibility, security awareness, passenger ship familiarization) it’s compulsory before joining the vessel;
• Good Health declaration (released by a recognized doctor) it’s mandatory before joining the vessel;
• Criminal record (mandatory prior embarkation schedule).
