Your Essentials
Proven experience in the same position or a similar role, either aboard a cruise ship or in an international 5-star hotel or major resort.
Professional culinary qualifications relevant to the role.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ability to prepare food in compliance with company recipes and international food safety procedures.
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality cuisine.
