Your contribution as a Commis II Hot Pot will directly enhance our guests' onboard dining experience. By carefully preparing and presenting authentic hot pot dishes, you will showcase our commitment to culinary excellence. Your Journey So Far

Proven experience in the same or a similar role, either aboard a cruise ship or in an international 5-star hotel or major resort. 

Strong background in hot pot preparation, including knowledge of broths, ingredients, and cooking techniques. 

Ability to follow standardized recipes and company food safety procedures while ensuring consistency in quality. 

Experience working in a high-volume kitchen, demonstrating efficiency, teamwork, and adaptability. 

Familiarity with international food safety and hygiene standards. 

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and attention to detail. 

Your Essentials

Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications. 

Fluency in English (oral and written) to effectively communicate with colleagues and follow instructions. 

Knowledge of food safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining strict hygiene practices. 

Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine. 

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment. 

Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, multicultural team.
