Your Journey So Far

Proven experience as a Butler, Personal Concierge, or in a similar high-end hospitality role, preferably onboard a luxury cruise ship, five-star hotel, or private estate. 

Extensive knowledge of luxury service etiquette, fine dining, and premium beverage offerings. 

Demonstrated ability to provide tailored, intuitive service while maintaining discretion and professionalism. 

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide solutions proactively. 

Experience in coordinating and managing guest requests, reservations, and VIP services. 

Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining grace under pressure. 

Your Essentials

Fluent in English (oral and written); additional European languages are a strong advantage. 

Relevant qualifications in hospitality, luxury service, or butler training. 

Impeccable presentation, refined manners, and a commitment to delivering five-star service. 

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize guest needs. 

Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, in a shipboard environment. 

A passion for excellence, discretion, and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations.
