You have honed your culinary expertise through formal training and hands-on experience in high-end dining environments. 

With a strong background in fine dining, you have worked in a similar role aboard a cruise ship, a prestigious 5-star hotel, or a renowned international resort. 

Your knowledge of advanced cooking techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations makes you an asset to our culinary team. 

You have a proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining precision, creativity, and consistency in your craft. 

Your ability to collaborate with a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff has refined your adaptability and problem-solving skills, making you ready to thrive in a dynamic onboard setting. 

Your Essentials

Proven experience as a Commis I or in a similar role in fine dining aboard a cruise ship, a luxury 5-star hotel, or a major international resort. 

Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training in gastronomy. 

Fluent in English (oral and written) to ensure effective communication within a diverse team and with guests. 

Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, plating, and presentation standards for fine dining. 

Ability to follow company recipes and food safety guidelines with precision. 

Knowledge of international food safety standards and sanitation procedures. 

Passion for delivering excellence in every dish, maintaining high levels of consistency and quality. 

A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
