Your Purpose
The Internal Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team of Personal Vacation Consultants, ensuring high productivity, sales performance, and service excellence. This role focuses on coaching, performance management, and aligning the team with business objectives to consistently reach sales targets while delivering great customer experience across all interactions
Your Impact
- Monitor team members’ phone calls and WhatsApp interactions daily to ensure compliance with standards of handling, productivity, quality requirements and sales objectives.
- Provide ongoing guidance, support, and product knowledge to the team.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to maximize sales results and customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Sales Director in coordinating and executing special projects and departmental initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records related to performance metrics, attendance, and employee accruals.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with managers, peers, and direct reports.
- Deliver training and continuous development on sales techniques, customer service, and operational processes.
- Oversee the department’s reservations processes, ensuring accuracy of bookings, payments, and related information.
- Analyze performance reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
- Work alongside BI Specialist to present performance KPIs during weekly, monthly and quarter sales meetings.
- Foster high-performance culture focused on results, teamwork, and customer excellence.
Your Journey so far
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with solid computer literacy.
- Previous experience in sales supervision, call center operations, or team leadership roles.
