Hotel Sanitation, Asset Management and Compliance

As a Fleet Manager – Quality Assurance, you will lead hotel quality assurance initiatives, oversee food safety and public health compliance, and partner closely with onboard and shoreside teams to drive continuous improvement.
In this leadership role, you will conduct audits, manage corrective action plans, deliver training, and support operational excellence across stewarding and galley environments. You will also oversee hygiene standards, food waste management, and equipment compliance while coaching and developing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with global public health and sanitation standards (e.g., USPH, CDC, HESS)
• Conduct fleet audits, analyze findings, and implement corrective actions
• Lead food safety, sanitation, and environmental training programs
• Oversee stewarding operations, galley assets, and inventory standards
• Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and compliance
• Support incident analysis, safety programs, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence
