- Partner with the Corporate Revenue Management team in Geneva and Naples to align local market strategies with global brand directives.
- Present performance updates, strategic recommendations, and market analyses at weekly Business Review meetings and leadership forums.
- Represent Revenue Management perspectives with senior leadership, articulating trade‑offs, risks, and recommended actions
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process for assigned sailings, building revenue and passenger volume models with well-supported, defensible assumptions. Responsible to drive final targets, trade-offs and sign-offs.
- Monitor performance-to-budget continuously and deliver variance commentary with corrective action plans to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting infrastructure, pricing workflows, and analytical tools to increase team efficiency and decision quality.
- Oversee QA processes for promotional builds, ensuring pricing accuracy and consistency across all booking channels.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive pricing dynamics, and consumer demand signals to inform commercial strategy.
