Hotel Manager

The Ligabue Cruise Division is currently looking for

Nr. 1 “Hotel Manager”

to join our luxury cruise ships and vessels.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma (preferably in Hospitality Management or related field)
• Five years successful and progressive experience onboard 4 & 5 star ships in the same position
• Exceptional communication skills that deliver results in issues with crew, guests and fellow shipboard employees
• Ability to manage international staff in a positive and productive manner
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of the Food & Beverage Department
• High flexibility to adopt to the changes of clientele, itinerary, seasonal needs or special events
• Fluent German and English
